Agreeed, but what Bartfarst is saying (im sure he will correct me if I have misinterpreted his point) is that in England a fundamental grasp of English ids neccessary to go about an unimpeded day. Yes the Welsh speak Welshs between themselves but I havent come across too many people who have live in Wales for many years and are unable to understand, on even a basic level the native tongue of the country they choose to inhabit.

Exactly. I made an effort to pronounce, and where I could understand, Welsh when I worked in Wales, and when Welsh people come into England they speak English, rather than expect the NHS wards or benefit offices to have signs everywhere in Welsh.

It's still a rolling bandwagon, and if the public knew how much the taxpayer has footed the bill in compo for this section of industry with health claims compared to other industrial injury claims and "health problems" there would be rioting on the streets.

 

The closure of the Coal Industry has been on the collective conscience of the politicians of both persuasions for many years......at the expense of other workers in industry who find making a claim much more complicated, and less easily achieved.

You could just do what you did last time - ban me, then extand the ban halfway through for whatever reasons you saw fit.
