ChrisIB
In the last couple of days my connection has dropped to dial up speeds. I have not changed any equipment and Tiscali's site does not state any issues so wandered if anyone else has had this?

ChrisIB
Yep, it would seem if you want your graphics to arrive by Fedex or receive emails with stamps on use Tiscali. Oh well looks like I'll have to re-introduce myself to my immediate family and open the curtains to see if anythings changed in the last two years. JFKvsNixon
I was happy with Tiscali for a couple of years untill I moved. I had 6 weeks of "your broadband will be connected in 4 days" whilst still paying for it. When I rang BT after 6 weeks they said that Tiscali haven't even applied to have broadband activated for my phonne, BT said that they could do it in 4 days and actually only took 2 days. GraZ
If your like me you've probley exceeded your fair usage limit, once your seen as a heavy downloader you'll be moved onto a server where other heavy users are, and your speed drops massivly, i were getting less than 1mbit speeds throughout peak times and this is from a service that claimed to have 'unlimited' downloads. If your not a heavy user, i'd get in touch with tiscali their probley screwing up something and not notifying you.
janny
Mine was really slow a few days ago..it was awful I did quite a few speed checks and they were all under 512k I'm supposed to be getting 2.3mbs. I copy and pasted my results from the speed test and pasted them onto an email..sent that to them..then they sent me all this rubbish stuff to do..did all that an it was still the same. I sent them another email and told them..they've sorted it now. Edit..They told me to do the speed test on their site..it was fine on there..tut tut..
