In Uppers
This morning I've seen a few bunches of flowers attached to posts on Infirmary Road just past George IV. Does anyone know whats happened (this is usually only done when someone has been killed).

Olive
I don't think this could have anything to do with it - the George IV pub is a long way from Shalesmoor, almost Hillsbrough. Is it the Cuthbert? A work-mate mentioned that one of the pubs on Langsett road had been cordened off over the weekend and that there were flowers outside. Sounds quite serious - anyone know anything about it?
sarah1
In the OP of the thread, it does say that it was just after Shalesmoor going towards Hillsborough.. That's what made me think of the thread.. I maybe wrong..
Olive
I might be thinking of the wrong George IV. Would be good if anyone could throw some light on this.
In Uppers
The flowers I mentioned were outside some flats next to Dibco Tools on infirmary road (not quite as far as langsett road). I know it's not Shalesmoor but if the OP on the other thread was on the bus then they would have just gone thru Shalesmoor before getting to Infirmary Road. Still don't know what happened to her though. Thoughts to the family.
