Lestat
Anyone seen it yet?....I'm off to catch it tommorrow night and wondered what you thought, is it good, bad, scary, tense etc . . From the trailers it looks like a good film, abit like Open Water. Is it a true story too?
BluePolo
Have a look at http://www.imdb.com/find?s=all&q=adrift. I always check at IMDB before going to see films because you generally get a better idea what it's about, rather than relying on a selected part shown as a trailer. Sometimes what's on the trailer is the only good part of the film...
Lestat
Watched it last night and wasn't overly-impressed with it. It's not boring but it wasn't exactly exciting to watch either, It starts off abit slow and then picks up for abit ( when they get in the water ). Lots of shouting, splashing, anger and a frightened bimbo all add to the chaos. All in all, its ok if theres nothing else decent on, but probably will never watch it again. Theres too many questions flying around at the end as well, and as for the last scene!... I wont ruin it but if anyone else watches it, can you explain it to me please. Can't wait for the new Robin Williams film to come out, 'The Night Listener' now that looks spooky.
nick2
The advert says "Prepare yourself for nerve shredding terror", so it's bound to be crap with that kind of hype, and it's a 15 rating.
Lestat
I think this review sums it up quite nicely: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0470055/
