semerpus
Started ringing at 0.8.59 and 50 seconds today for Sicssor sisters (lines opened at 9am..continually engaged until 11.05am.My friend and i continually redialled for 30 minutes me on my phone and her on hers..still engaged..website not available due to high demand despite numerous trys. Even when you ring you just get engaged tone all the time....not put in a queue...eventually when i got thru after 161 (!!!) attempts (courtesy of my phone counter) and god knows how many by my mate..we managed to get seats right at the rear of the stadium. Wot a shambles..more staff or better arrangements needed for booking. Most people have to work and can't actually get down to the booking office in person on a week day.Shambles!! carter101
My wife's sister had a similarly fun time trying to get tickets for Exeter, and the Plymouth lines were even worse. It's not a Hallam-specific problem at all - just very much higher demand than average.
bensonhedges
We started ringing at the same time as you for Scissor Sisters and got through at 10.05 - luck of the draw I guess. Will be a fab night though.
Mattenmurg
I've had this every time I try get tickets as soon as they're released. It must just be a luck thing 'cause it always takes me hours. I'm guessing you can't do BT ringback... I reccon if you were put in a queue it'd be like "thank's for holding, you're 674th in the queue" lol.

I think that is b******y marvelous, I am chuffed to bits... but I might have a spare ticket if no one wants to go with me.... so watch this space....
