Guest Pauly
I noticed this on the website (and the pizza hut webby too I think) a year or so ago but never tried cos I didn't quite believe that it'd work effectively. So it's a good service eh? Yummies!

bigflesh
Dominos have invested heavily in their customer relationship management (CRM) systems. This is usually accociated with the large corporates. I do feel it pays off well as they are able to target all existing clients with new offers (marketing) and develop better brand loyalty. Additionally, they use their network of franchises to cater to for all online orders. Its pretty intelligent stuff. I'd suspect that this joint client fulfillment system and marketing aid also helps build a realistic view of customer demographics, location and probably interfaces into back end business management reporting systems such as sales figures etc. It would have been a huge investment, but suffice to say, they've got everything covered (including their pizza's).
