Trishtee
I am looking to sell my house and have been informed by a big name agent that some other estate agencies are actually franchises, in other words, anyone can buy the 'name' and run their own agency, eg Reeds Rains & Johnsons were mentioned. I called in at one of the franchised agencies and was completely ignored by the staff (who looked about 16) as I had apparently interrupted the organising of a girls night out so I definitely wouldn't use them. I just wonder what qualifies franchisees to do this kind of business or doesn't it matter as long as they pay the premium?
kimera
to be fair an untrained lame chimp could make a FAR better fist of being an "estate agent" than the current crop of no hopers punting sheffields real estate. *cough*blundells*cough*
