samc
Look on the Ofsted site for the report ( classified as Special School) http://www.ofsted.gov.uk/ I was having a hunt about the other day and spotted it though think it is 2 yrs old so might be worth giving them a ring for any specific questions

tinsel_ninja
I met a community worker from there on a course I went on. I'll try and remember to look up her card when i get home (if I've still got it). If it's there, I'll PM you the details.
hatter
Hi, my son goes there (he started in January)- it is a special school for kids with communication difficulties (mainly autism). It is a very calm environment with minimal distractions- my son has come on leaps and bounds since starting there, I feel he is very lucky to get a place there. babycakesuk
Hi There the Rowan is a fantastic school for communication problems two of my kids (both autistic spectrum) are there and they have come on great, the school is compact very calm they have there own mini bus and a wooden spoon room which is designed for sensory stimulation ie bulb tubes fibre optic lights. The teaching staff are astounding and the new head is doing some great new things with the school. I am amazing lucky to get both my boys in there hth
