How far would you go for someone with cancer? How about registering for the Marie Curie Cancer Care 10 hour Salsathon! If your bored of spending your Sunday afternoons sat in front of the television, bulging with the aftermath of a huge lunch and wishing there was something you could do that would make you feel like the day hasn’t been wasted, look no further! November 12th 2006 is your chance to inject some passion into your Sunday, try something new and still get to eat and drink a lot! We’re welcoming all levels of Salsa dancers and enthusiasts to take part in this exciting event and raise money for cancer care in South Yorkshire. The details: Date: Sunday November 12th Venue: Bar Matrix, Charter Square, Sheffield City Centre Time: 12pm – 10pm Registration fee: £5 Minimum Sponsorship: £40 How does it work? Come along at any point throughout the day and sign up for one of our classes (advanced, intermediate or beginner). Our friendly, experienced teachers will get you up to speed then join in the freestyle dance off for as long as you can!
