SHsheff   10 #26 Posted September 5, 2006 Oi son! What's wrong with having a funky Dad?  I think it's nice. I bet you look like triplets when you're out together!
 Share this content via...
SupraSteve   10 #27 Posted September 5, 2006 I think it's nice. I bet you look like triplets when you're out together! Exactly!  I just walk on ahead and let them catch up later. That way I can't hear the jibes from our other mates who are with us, too. They're just jealous of my fancy boots tho I'm sure
 Share this content via...
Strix   11 #28 Posted September 5, 2006 I bought a pair of walking shoes (Gore-Tex) from CCC recently. I got caught out in the really heavy rain we had a few weeks ago, my feet and socks were soaking and the shoes took 3 days to dry out fully. I didn't really think much about it until this thread got me thinking: the shoes weren't cheap (£70ish) and they're made from Gore-Tex and I didn't wade through any puddles.  Do you think I should take them back or is this acceptable given the type of footwear? Well I'd take them back
 Share this content via...
