You cant just buy a telewest tuner, nor can you split the signal from your existing box to allow you to tune it to 2 channels at once.  Well that's always a good point as well. TVdrive is a good price for what you get (certainly better value than Sky+), and don't forget that the tvdrive box has hd output as well. You won't get a freeview/harddrive recorder with hd for £60.
