Seriously tho, yeah it is good value. Its a good paper to keep us updated on stuff happening in Sheffield.

 

Everything has to increase at some point :)

very rare i buy it so couldn't really care less. first 2 or 3 pages make interesting read and back page,the rest is crap.

Anyone who whines and complains about a 3P price hike is a mardy arse and a cheapskate IMO.

 

I'd still rather pay 38p for a Star than what they charge for the National papers.

I dont often buy papers, I do occasionaly buy the star but have to admit that latley it has been fairly pant's. Suppose the 3p price hike will help to pay for the new state of the art printing press they have just moved to over near dinnington (shame it's not improved the overall quality of thier publication and todays issue was especially pant's) ;)
