Ive noticed during this hot weather,how young women look so pretty in the flared & pleated really short skirts.They are much shorter,than the "mini skirts" we used to wear , but in the lovely pastel colours,and in lovely pinks, baby blues, whites & yellows,they look cool & comfortable.Mind you, you have to be young & have a very good figure,especially your legs,preferably with a nice tan.

ive got a couple of these skirts they are so comfy and u can wear them with flip flops during daytime or dress them up with heels at night they are great- every girl siz 12 or below should have some!!!

 

ps they only look tarty if the person wearing them has a tarty attitude
