Right, been and had a word with the manager - it appears that I was the 12th person to go in and complain today.

Do I take it by the inverted commas around "smoking" and the guys vacant demeanour that he was off his face? I'm all for a bit of relaxation, but stoned in charge of thousands of gallons of petrol? Not good.....

And as for the other people being off of here, its not likely, after the 1st complaint they looked at the cctv and saw what happened.

 

Turns out he was refusing to serve people for most of the night and I was the 12th person to actually return to make a complaint.
