I was looking forward to Saturdays game against Plymouth in a very relaxed and laid back way. Nothing to get too worked up about. After all, we're doing well this season, a complete contrast to the shambolic disaster that was last season. Win, lose or draw we can just enjoy the game.

Whether we go up or not isn't that vital to many of us. The Premier League is dominated by a few clubs and ruined as a competitive competition by the influx of so much money, it's all about business now. The Championship is a far more evenly matched and enjoyable place to watch football.

So, no pressure, no anxiety 👌. Then some chuff has to ruin it, by pointing out that if we win without conceding a goal we will go from the worst defence in history to the joint best in history by equalling Chelsea's record of nine consecutive home wins without conceding. which is the current record in English football.

So, thanks a bundle for that fellow Blade 🤬 Now I'm going to be sat there shouting " Clear it!  Get rid! Close em down for God's sake! Put it in row Z you chuffin eejit! "  every time those chuffin Pilgrims get within forty yards of our goal. You can't get a moments peace and quite reflection following that lot 🥴

Hopefully, we won't have much to worry about - they'll be too busy picking the ball out of their net.

We need to consolidate at the top and also improve our goal difference.  I think that's what CW will be aiming for.

Records are made to be broken otherwise they increase the size of the target on our back.

I hope this doesn't come back to haunt me .....
