Inevitable, being as they are extremely wealthy and cost is not a problem.

And as I've just heard, the only bidder for it.

So . Its been awarded or is it rewarded to what must be the most unsuitable Country ,climate non footballing Nation on Earth.

This Royal Gangster regime now rules World sport ,(Thank God for the Tour De France )  They can't buy that can they ????

They have taken boxing , Golf , snooker (Watch out the Crusible you will be next))

The last World cup was in Qatar another nation run by so called Royals who take all the oil moneys for then selves while some of its people live in poverty ,  The workers who built the venues in that Country died by the hundreds , Mostly foreign recruited from the poor areas of the Middle East , Many of those workers did not get paid or were injured and sent home penniless . Saudi will be same .

The Question must be asked the reason why these Country's get this reward , It cannot be there contribution to World Sport inc football, As they do not seem to be very good at all the above mentioned .

In fact why is the  World cup distributed on who can give the most cash ( The committee are all smiling like the cats that got the cream)

South America ,Europe ,Africa are main centres of World football so should it be awarded on merit , on the fan base , on the dedication to what was seen as the poor peoples sport . Or does money rule once again .

Yes it will be too late when the 'powers that be' get real and have realised the big grabbers are trying to take over.

The back handers ,  The Holidays ,  The Freebies , They are what makes the World go around , Even in our Country ,   MP's flying to conferences on climate change , These conferences are usually in Bali Ha'i or The Maldives or some exotic state .

All they have to do is go online together ,

Head of FIFA, Gianni Infantino, has apparently faced accusations that he's moving FIFA away from its historic home of Zurich as he spends most of his life in Qatar.  He knocks the accusation back by saying he's been working on improving football & also the Saudi bid.

A couple of his children go to school in Qatar, he's married to a Lebanese woman, he seems to have very strong ties to the Middle East - just saying like.

Sepp Blatter in the making?
