Simple question: Where are these poor souls supposed to go?

Social services is over-run, hostels are full, charities are short of money, as is the council.

They will simply be moved on to create a problem elsewhere.

Exactly!  Where do they think the Homeless will go?  And yes, many of these Homeless people do have mental conditions and it’s incredibly unkind to just leave them out in cold and wet, to just be constantly moved on.

Please, for the love of god, can you keep your "all the homeless are mentally ill" shtick to one thread?

Of course not all the Homeless are mentally ill.  Mental illness is far more prevalent amongst the Homeless than the general population however.  But, regarding the ‘crackdown’ - where will all those poor Homeless people go?  They don’t have any money to pay the fines and they will have to go somewhere else; most likely just outside the exclusion area.

Stop it now.

I am simply raising legitimate concerns about where the homeless will go if they are excluded from the city centre.  And how they are expected to pay fines when they have no money.  If you have the answers to these concerns, please do share these.

On every thread you can slide it in, legitimately or not - rather like another poster I could name, but won't.

It is losing its effect by constant repetition.

They won't have to go anywhere if they behave themselves

This thread is quite literally about anti social behaviour in town: “the decision means activities such as public drinking, begging, loitering, drug use, and public urination or defecation could now result in fines of up to £1,000.”   Of course, not all homeless engage in such activities but many do due to desperate situation they find themselves in.  Other people have raised similar concerns to myself so I fail to see your grievance here.
