Well they can't have been that "worthy" if they threw in the towel after just a couple of years.  

 

Nobody said it was going to be an easy job. You need someone who can form a strong arguement, be confident in their delivery and debate, be assertive to keep their position and break through the barriers.  Not someone who is meek and runs away as soon as something doesn't go their way.

Well there is that too, but sometimes council look elsewhere to see how stuff is going down before looking at it themselves

All my waste is put into black bags and sealed then put in the outside bin so good luck with that one

dont worry about it, its Rotherham and they are so inept and more concerned about filling in roundabouts to take this any further
