Maybe some time ago Pat.  I'd be more inclined towards David Blunkett or Michael Palin, Jarvis Cocker, Sean Bean. Couldn't really choose the most famous of them...

I was just entering the names you gave me into Google Trends, they aren't neccesarily the top folk.

 

Harry Brearley doesn't rank any higher than Marti Caine, so isn't actually that famous... sadly.
