brooksy   10 #1 Posted April 21, 2004 ive been racking my brain trying 2 remember when the lido closed i remember having some realy good times there as a kid but the main thing i remember was how cold the water was it alwaysseemed 2 be icy cold even on a hot summers day even the small pools were always freezing but i think they were fed by the local steam ithink we spent so much time there because it was a fairly cheap day out and money was tight the thing was u could play footie all day or swim or whatever seems a bit sad these days if u dont give u kids 25 quid then they cant find owt 2 do Share this post Link to post Share on other sites Share this content via...
