It looks like you want to repeat the Tory government's actions then, in the hope that it'll be better this time.

And how could you be certain that the necessary investment would miraculously appear from a government as cash-strapped as the one we've got now?

Or do you think that a 'non-profit' organisation with lots of spare cash is waiting in the wings to make lots more non-profit?
