It’s dreadful stuff. Mob rule has no place on our streets. These riots and the ones in Harehills require proper action from the police, and from the courts. Let’s hope it is forthcoming.

I agree.

And if anyone thinks these people are doing it because they are angry/concerned/frustrated etc then listen to the many videos online. These thugs are laughing whilst pelting the police with allsorts.

Worth noting that he is obsessed with names. Yesterday, HHR made what could be seen as tasteless comments about some people salivating in anticipation of it being someone with a foreign name - but in the case of Top it's exactly correct. As soon as there's an awful crime he's desperate for the name to be released, and it's obvious that it's not because he wants to know if it's a British name, he wants it to be a non-British name. There's something deeply wrong with someone like that.

Legalities are legalities and can only be waived by the courts - not just at the whim of the usual rabble rousers of the EDF etc.

 

The rest, if everywhere by now, could prejudice a fair trial.

 

That's why we have laws.
