I've heard a rumour that if we don't match what Troyes are asking (too much) he could return on another loan deal.
bassett one
another loan full season with option to buy that would be good
Sheridan1-0
Fee of £2.5m agreed withTroyes for Ugbo ..but disagreement over terms of payment of the fee …which has allowed Sunderland to move in & become favourites to sign him .. Let’s hope our beloved owner can pull a rabbit out of the hat & get it sorted…otherwise we could be lining up against both Ugbo & Poveda on the 18th …. NERVY-OWL
It will be frustrating to lose him to Sunderland after getting a fee agreed so hopefully they can sort it quickly, he won't wait around for us forever when he has another deal on the table.
bassett one
thats football its all about cash, its like selling anything ,if some one says i will pay in full now thats it match it or lose out, plus the team got relegated and they may want cash now for bills ect, not wait months, pity cos hes a good player, i thought he may of shifted a few of our fringe forwards to get cash in , and send a couple out on loan to keep the cash flowing.but we will see what happens, would of liked that plymouth forward but that will be big cash. bassett one
BUT its not all about fees wages he pays are in the top ten from what the papers say, his wage bill is big, so if you match us against those without big parachute payments and players we could sell its big money, plus money on the training ground plus a loss each month and no debt to banks, hes doing a good job. Well if it’s in the papers it must be right …🙄 I know you love the owner and think he can do no wrong…..but don’t get carried away…he’s not backing the manager like he should be ….he’s letting the stadium deteriorate & has no relationship with the supporters whatsoever…. He could make life a whole lot better for himself if he embraced the area the club operates in & had a long term plan for the club …much in the way Ipswich Town operates …hopefully, having Danny,Danny Rohl as manager & talking to him on a regular basis, will open his eyes to what can be achieved if the club is run properly…we can but hope …
