Delbow Posted January 19 Posted January 19 Meaning a coarse, loud, abrasive person lacking in social niceties - it's a perjorative. I'm sure I got told this by a reyt proper Sheffielder but never heard anyone else use it and can't find owt online. Anyone else ever heard it?
