The best looking lass I ever set eyes on was Wendy Bennet , Who frequented the Red Lion pub on Holly Street behind the City Hall , 

We all tried it on with Wendy ,  Thought of her before we went to sleep at night , 

 

Not one of us pulled her ,Not Jack Wasden ,  not Blondie Jack Charlesworth , or Slinney  or me ,

 

We failed , we fretted , we swoooned , until one Saturday Lunch when Wendy walked in arm in arm with the love of her life , 

That love was also called Wendy ,  A stunning black lass  from Pitsmoor , 

So a real pretty Polly was relegated to bat for  the other side and still is as far as i know ,

George Clooney is handsome in that classic, old-school movie star way that's falling out of favour a little these days.  A Paul Newman or Cary Grant for the 90s and beyond, maturing without the help of surgery and botox.
