Rubbish Outside Viper Rooms - Health Hazard

Has anyone else seen the rubbish dumped outside Viper Rooms Night club on Carver Lane? It's round the back entrance. It's piled several feet high, bags of rubbish that they have just dumped there. There are gnaw marks where rats have gotten in. It's a health hazard and stinks to high Heavens. I thought the council monitors this area for hygiene reasons. You can't tell me no representatives have noticed it. Shame on you Viper Rooms for having such disregard for other people.

It's been there for over a week too, so not just a one off.

It’s loppy around there, I don’t know how the businesses get away with it under the Council noses?

The bins behind Yates are disgusting too, abandoned boxes and disgusting smell of egg/fish. No wonder there are huge rats around the city centre.

Same in Rotherham Town centre bags of rubbish dumped In secluded places giant sized tins of tomatoes have my suspicion it's takeaways and eateries can't say restaurants coz I can't think of any absolute disgrace Eastwood one giant dump like page hall .
