1960boy Posted October 4, 2009 Posted October 4, 2009 Wokmania on West street but i don't eat out myself.I think it is an eat all you can for £10.00.
roobarbpie Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 No 1 buffet opposite Ponds Forge is better than Wokmania imo. The food isn't as good as at a "proper" restaurant but it's more than acceptable, the kids think it's fun and I've never been ill afterwards (unlike several places I've eaten at in Sheffield)
foxydebs Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 Try jumbo's just off arundel gate, its better than oriental number 1.
nikkit285 Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 right .......wok mania is over priced and crap food jumbos is more of a dressier place (well it is for a buffet) but i find it rather loud and busy no.1 is less dressy but better qualitiy of food. (yes i no i eat out to much)

clea_4eva Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 No.1 is huge that's why it never appears full i prefer No.1 to Wokmania havent tried jumbos yet though
Satyr Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 Personally I think they are all terrible. The food is very greasy so its hard to stomach a lot. I've been to slightly more 'upmarket' all you can eat's (£15.99) in other towns where you get at table service, food is cooked to order and everything tastes amazing. Having tried both Wokmania and Jumbos a few times, I cannot say I'm impressed with either
goldenfleece Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 There is one at Centretainment place, forgot its name, its very classy compared to jumbos and Wokmania, about £10 a head and lovely
kavanagh70 Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 There is one at Centretainment place, forgot its name, its very classy compared to jumbos and Wokmania, about £10 a head and lovely Flaming Dragon. Huge Buffet and cook to order too (Teryaki I think it's called. Something like that). It's a bit out of town but better and has much more choice of meat, vegetarian options and fish. Crispy duck is available in the price too. Ps. no I dont work there It's just a preference (just refering to previous accusations from other restaurant recommendations) .
