The UK business model has always been broken with sticking plaster immigrants the answer according to those broken businesses who fail to invest in and train willing British youngsters.

Even the NHS has been at it from the start. You dont see a careers office in town like the Armed Forces.

Training for our youngsters who aren't going to Uni should start in Year 10 or 11.

No it is not .

Before we had foreign workers we taught apprentices in these skills and there was no need to import workers.

Stop trying to blame Brexit for everything and look at the facts.

when we voted for brexit we said we would use our own people to work and lower unwmployment,instead we return to import cheap labour and forget about our unemployed and even then still cannot fill jobs available

Whether you have that view or not this has nothing to do with Brexit, if it had been carried out properly the flow of cheap labour would have stopped and initiatives to encourage school leavers to earn trades would have happened, it's just an easy get out clause for the hard of thinking. The shortage of skilled workers in construction started long before leaving the EU was a reality.
