Blame the students in the constituency who wanted to give Clegg a bloody nose for backtracking on his tuition fees stance when part of the Tory/LibDem coalition. The students could vote him in and then clear off, it left those of us that live here with the repercussions ! I certainly didn't vote for him. 2
