Refuse to pay over top prices for Teamlines What's Teamlines? A Sheff Wed / Sheff Utd themed festival? If you mean Tramlines it's the best value festival in the UK by a long way. My mistake Tramlines , Let's be honest Tramlines gone from a free event to make as much money as you can event nobody can argue with that fact tbh
 Share this content via...
bungleboy69 100 #5 Posted June 22, 2022 Shed 7, James, Sam Fender, Kasabian, Madness, Coral, Vaccines, Little Man Tate, Sports Team, Reverend and The Makers plus loads and loads of others... Can't complain at the price of £110 with that line up. That's why it sold out early. You can easily pay £50 to see one band these days and very often a lot more. Let's hope the suns out.
 Share this content via...

royalowl 14 #8 Posted June 23, 2022 Tramlines was 'conceived' to bring trade into the city centre during the summer holidays, because the students were no longer about. It was free, there were fringe events all over the city, and everybody got a piece of the action. Now it is in a suburb, with a charge of £110 - and here is the worst bit - once you enter, you cannot leave and return, meaning no trade for the local businesses who have to endure the weekend, with many taking less than a normal weekend.
 Share this content via...

Because he suggests it should still be free. It's run by a commercial enterprise who need to pay staff.
 Share this content via...
