I think you will find such questions are asked in relation to other NHS treatments and not just giving blood.

And what.

Many years ago I filled a questionnaire for summat...

I got to a section where it said -SEX-

I couldn't resist the temptation, so I put -ANYTIME-

They may have not use  to ask 70 year old women if they are pregnant before they are allowed to have an endoscopy but they do now.  The reason such questions are asked is for the safety of people having an endoscopy and people donating blood.  I've never heard of a 70 year old woman complaining when asked whether she is pregnant on a form to be allowed to give blood or for any other health related reasons.

They do now do they, why is that? Can 70 year old women get pregnant now?

Lefties getting in a right old froth over this non-story.

It's a nonsense, everyone knows it's a nonsense, but still they play along with the faux outrage.

There's no riddle, the man was just being a plank.

Just like those planks here, just a phoney ego trip over a form that covers male/female and inbetweeners.

he should have tick No and imo needs to learn to get over himself, that form isn't designed solely around him or one sex.

'Seems'. Newspapers print anything for clicks.

Take the absurdity a step further, and we get mandatory pregnancy testing for all before any medical procedure. If that happens, the Wokey's will still be here defending that.

Seems that you didn’t read the article.

It answered your question neatly.

Maybe you didn’t like the answer. Maybe that is the reason for your subsequently bluster.

Just tick no.

"Hospital records did not list a date of birth, she does not possess any documents that prove her age"

Stick to amusing lectures about Chlorine

I was very happy to share my knowledge of chlorination, or otherwise, of water. I’m pleased that you found it amusing and, hopefully, useful.

In this case, a seventy year old (or thereabouts) pregnancy really ought to give you pause for thought. Try pausing and thinking.

There are quite a few out there if you take a look

I wondered which fish would google it first, got the big one.

Not in the slightest bit useful, just laugh out loud amusing, but that's teachers for you.

As you're so good at googling, and er science, perhaps you could find us all some stories of 66 year old men giving birth too.

Did you now.

Maybe you get that chip seen to.

After a bit of pausing and thinking, of course.
