Donate Food Waste To Composters In Sheffield? + 1 question about composting.

Hi, 

 

Does anyone know of anywhere I can donate food waste to composters to in Sheffield?

 

If possible, a worm free compost would be preferable.

 

Also as a newbie to composting I have a question about it.

When you turn your compost, by shovel or pitchfork for example, does it harm the microbes in the compost?

 

 

If anyone can answer these questions I would be very grateful.
