As far as I know it's the same group that have done a Great job of Kelham Island with shops/Food/Bars etc I welcome it to city center .

A council contact tells me that Yorkshire water* originally agreed to do (or approve?) something,  then changed their mind at the last minute, and are taking a long time to respond to SCC.

 

(*the container-units will need connecting to water, electricity, etc.)

 

and then of course, everything knocks on - if one gateway is missed, then you're relying on the people you booked to do the next phase of work still being available X weeks later.
