Should 'Assistance' Cats Be Allowed In Food Shops?

Recommended Posts

I really think a cat is better off roaming around in a garden than being made to go with a person everywhere, because that person is nervous. The person should be getting mental help  through his GP.

So, I'm guessing you just popped in for a saucer of milk? ;)

Yes, and some Kitekat 😻

Oz has lots of 'cat cafes' where you can have a coffee and play or cuddle with a cat. They love being with people and are very docile and calming. It's all a bit zen, but rather nice.

I do like most cats, i.e. the ones that like being round people, and they are very calming.

I've just had the odd encounter with a few that are a bit 'scratchy'

Sainsburys are being d***s, it's hardly going to open the floodgates.

That being said I'm going to ask Sainsburys to flood all their shops with 1 metre of seawater so I can shop with my assistance octopus who picks out the ripe bananas for me as I'm colourblind.

Have you seen the nonsense in the USA which is where this emanates from.

Pet "aids" taken on planes that include goats and peacocks.

GizzaBreak.

Apparently he called Sainsburys before he went to ask if it was ok to bring the cat.

According to the BBC article the owner is allowed to take his cat with him and shop at Tesco.  The cat owner is clearly a troublemaker otherwise he would just go with his cat and shop at Tesco.

Absolutely, those who have chosen to be disabled shouldn't get the same freedoms and choices as the rest of us. Except me and my octopus of course.

I wonder if these 'assistance' cats were where Tesco got their slogan from?

Every Tiddles helps... (I'll get my cat coat)
