Mould Removal Round Bedroom Window Frame.

Recommended Posts

Are there any recommendations for a company that can cure recurring  mould around a bedroom window please?

Plain old white vinegar. Acetic acid permeates the membranes of the mould, and kills it. Spray it on, leave for 60 minutes, then wipe off.

Bleach is okay, but the mould will come back.

White vinegar is great for cleaning the grout between tiles in the kitchen and bathroom too, as well as a good surface cleaner.

50p a bottle in Sainsburys or Tescos.

Being a bathroom it very much sounds like poor ventilation.

Do you have a big enough ventilation fan in the room, does it continue to run for a few minutes after you've switched the shower off?

Do you have vents in the window itself?

It’s a bedroom.

Also great for cleaning microwaves. Mix with water and nuke until boiling then leave for a few minutes.
