iansheff   86 #15 Posted April 19, 2022 Tonight's line up against Crewe, 2 changes to the line up in the last match against MK Dons. Which Wednesday will turn up that's the question, let's hope they can carry on scoring the goals.
 Share this content via...
rogets   137 #16 Posted April 19, 2022 What are the owls playing at, these are the teams they lose against.  Looks like Rotherham have learned a thing or two from the owls about grabbing wins from Jaws of defeat
 Share this content via...

top4718 Â Â 838 #18 Posted April 19, 2022 We do seem to struggle against backs to the wall timewasting teams, relegated crew pitted defence against attack and were only undone by a slightly dubious penalty, Owls totally bossed the game but couldn't apply the finishing touch, still 3 points is 3 points and put us into fourth with second place a possibility, doubtful but you never know. staninoodle   174 #19 Posted April 19, 2022 Made really hard work of that tonight, after a blistering opening 15 minutes, crewe just decided to slow it down and retreat, Wednesday were guilty of spurning decent chances and not following in balls across the 6 yard box! a feature of the night was some sloppy passing and gifting possession way too easily and putting themselves under pressure. A soft pen brought some hope, but crewe gave it a real go and had wednesday looking very nervous at the back towards the end, without really troubling BPF.
 Share this content via...
pitsmoorlad   10 #20 Posted April 19, 2022 Should have been 3 up inside 15 minutes. Bazza's passing lacked direction and at times we made Crewe look a lot better than they are. But if we are going to have an off day it's better that we have it against a side that won"t punish us. Still we are in the play off group. NERVY-OWL   192 #23 Posted April 20, 2022 We won, that's all that matters. Still very tight down to 7th so not out of woods yet. Looks like we will need at least 2 wins from the last 3 so hopefully can keep going. Should of hammered these though with the amount of chances we created. 1295galaxy   20 #24 Posted April 20, 2022 Just got over the finishing line, but when DM Took of Lee Gregory,he must have thought the game was safe, but we all know the points they have thrown away by conceding late goals,i bet the crowd were in panic mode in that 10 minutes,we had a good chance to improve our goal difference last night but missed loads of easy chances
 Share this content via...
