Yes there are, for instance there's something called IAPS (or there was before Covid) but you need to see your GP for advice and a referral.

There are sessions here you can join online that don't require referral from your GP, they are ran by 2 NHS Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners for a number of weeks and you join via Teams.
