A new facade but i bet the structure is solid

 

Or shops downstairs and offices upstairs because large stores are becoming a thing of the past

Well it would have to be nicer than that awful concrete block just below Debenhams. Who got that monstrosity through planning?

in todays paper it says boris has granted sheffield millions for new houses,the city centre improvements ect, but its whats in the details that count? lets see
