There is mounting pressure for a leadership challenge in the new year with a vote of no confidence in Boris Johnson as Prime Minister

Personally id like to see a real conservative in power like Jacob Rees-Mogg

Who would you like to see as the next leader of the Tory party and Prime Minister of the UK?

Would we notice the difference if it was two short planks with a blond wig, a high viz jacket and a hard hat?

Or the above in a badly fitting suit and badly knotted tie making a speech when every third word is........errr......

Agree - if not Graham Brady could be the best option

He has had a really hard time,  nearly died,  his wife's pregnancy and birth to focus on besides having to witness the economy failing, having to give people on furlough money to make up lost wages - it must have been a nightmare.

Hes a weak student union activist. I wouldnt put him in charge of a PTA meeting

If thats the best that the left have to offer then are you really surprised how unpopular you are in the UK?

You havent learnt anything from Brexit or the last election....you keep making the same mistakes

At least Starmer is trying to expel the far left Marxist poison from the labour party......thats a good start

Having had the Tories in power for the last decade, with their lies, cuts, and total disregard for the people of this country, voting again for this appalling government shows you are in no position to criticise  Corbyn followers.

Indeed many of Corbyn's good ideas have been adopted by Boris to make him appear 'a man of the people' too.

The difference is Corbyn would have seen them through, unlike Boris who just talks the talk but has no intention of following them up with action, but then again that applies to most Tories.

Who should follow Boris? Why bother with a leader when the country is run by Tory Doners and the Elite squad, who dangle Boris on a string as he does their bidding.

The Tories subs bench ain’t exactly creaking with talent it seems. Again Johnson is to blame, he threw out the skilled and talented within the party and replaced them with complete amateurs.
