I’ve heard a lot worse and I’ve heard a lot  better singers than Adele.  I agree with Rollypolly when she was at Glastonbury the swearing was unnecessary.

I agree. It’s just the repetitiveness of her songs that I don’t like. Every one sounds the same to me. Like Cressy says I was also disappointed that she didn’t sing Skyfall as that’s her best yet. She reminds me of a wolf wailing in the woods at night !

She aught to team up with Morrisey that would put the icing on the depression cake. 😭

As well as Celine Dion. Is any song more dreary than 'My Heart Will Go On'?

At least Morrissey has a sense of humour

Don't even get me started about Celine Dion!  A mate of mine worked security at the Sheffield Arena when she did 3 or 4 nights there, years ago.

Poor bloke said he nearly took a knitting needle to his ear drums by the final night.

Love Morrissey,  Celine Dion's songs are depressing, have avoided her for years - she always looks miserable

Why are some songs so sad and depressing  especially at Xmas, I always turn them off,  I can't think why people listen to them. This time of year is depressing enough for some.

I agree, and especially with Covid and now the new variant.!  I would rather listen to Bing Crosby singing “ It’s Beginning To Look  A  Lot Like Christmas ! “
