Stray Cat

I often see a white cat on the Tongue Gutter.It seems to be friendly.

Now Im hoping it might live in the overlooking houses and just hang about on the brook its bothering me because of the cold snap.I would love to pick it up and examine it but my dog would hate that.

Does anyone know this cat?
