Last stats we can use before the mask mandate in England can be said to have an effect :

 

England : No mask mandate since July, no vaccine passport

Scotland : Mask mandate still in force from last year, vaccine passport since 1st Oct (enforced since 18th Oct)

Wales : Mask mandate still in force from last year, vaccine passport since 11th Oct

 

Patients in hospital with a positive Covid test per million popn (on 3rd Dec 21)

England : 103.7

Scotland : 118.5

Wales : 141.3

 

Populations : Eng = 56.4m, Scotland = 5.5m, Wales = 3.2m

The conclusion is pretty obvious I'd have thought. Vaccine passports and mask mandates are purely "confidence building" measures ("Look ! We are doing something to protect you") and can have no significant effect (even disregarding their negative effects on people's freedoms and the economy).

The video shows an Australian resident working woman, not a traveller, who was incarcerated in spite of testing negative on a number of occasions, and was taken forcibly to the camp from her house, (videos showing this are included) and who lost her job as a result of being forced to quarentine in a camp. 

 

Very heavy handed response to Covid in anybody's book I would have thought...

The power to shut down the West's Capitalist economies, lock people in their homes, prevent folks from assembling, visiting sick family, going to church,  has been a roaring success.

 

By the time the Real "Greatest Threat to Humanity" Climate Change, is next on the agenda, and "carbon passports" are required, the sheep won't even notice.

 

They'll just be happy to give up their selfish cars, continental vacations, and barbeques, not to mention dismantling the "military/industrial complex", to "save humanity.

 

And the wildest 20th century dreams of the socialists, communists, islamists will be a reality.

 

Finally - no more guilt!

 

Let's hope that those leaders and  bureaucrats who will be in charge, to make it all happen, will share the sacrifice.

Despite the shocking "result" of the poll in the opener (reflecting irrational fear and ignorance of what vaccines can actually do), surely this won.t happen over here ? I never thought I'd say this but I'm bloody pleased the Tories are in power because I am CERTAIN that if Labour were in we'd have been having to put up with far more restrictions both now and since "freedom day" in June......

I was never a Thatcher fan but I really wish she'd been PM over this Covid suppression nightmare. Two main reasons :

1 - She was  a trained scientist, and knew about what science actually meant (and where its responsibilities ended and politicians decided).

2 - She had balls (ironically) to follow the path she thought right, not just follow all the rest "Lemming like", because they didn't want to stick their necks out.
