Ranging from pop, experimental, rock, indie… Every project is paid differently. Depending on the artist/band and time. Some projects are long term, some are just over a couple of days. You have to be easy to work with and professional. And know your instrument inside out. Mandatory auditions first as we can't ask our client to pay for someone we've never worked with before.
