Hi, I am researching my family tree and wonder if anyone remembers Beatrice Hancock.

I believe she lived on or around Smithy Wood Crescent sometime during the 1940's.

Could this be her...from The Telegraph & Independent 1939.

 

Edit...on further investigation there are a few people of the same name, was that her maiden or married name,,,and what year was she born?

Hi -Sadbrewer.  Just seen your post. The Beatrice Hancock I am looking for is a ""Mrs".  I have her placed at Smithy Wood Crescent, by Kelly's Directory in 1946. The last entry I have found for her, at that address, is 1968. It could be the same person. Many thanks for the info.
