What Does This Email Mean ?

I received an email just now saying this :

Verify your recovery email.

Google received a request to use ( then my email address is printed ) as a recovery email for Google Account bmonalisa.2021@gmail.com

 

 

 

 

I have not replied to this email because I don’t know what it means. Can anyone help me ?

I consulted a computer expert about this who told me to delete it as it was a scam.

And they were right to tell you that.

 

I had 3 emails/text this morning. They are shutting down my Amazon account, My bank details need updating and HMRC are sending me to prison!  ALL just sent to junk and deleted.
