I had issues, then I replaced my old tablet.  Its working fine for me, I’ve just logged in to check my usage, bills etc.

Yes mine’s the same as yours, my problem is that I’m close to renewal and am perhaps looking for a reason to switch to Octopus, who currently appear to be the best thing since sliced bread, however I’ve never been a pack animal, all that I need is a usable web site.
