Training To Be A Gas Engineer

Recommended Posts

Hi, I am looking into re training as a gas engineer or an electrician in near the future, I am 30 years old and would have to pay for my training myself which is fine, but after I've spent the money and finished my studies, the hard part would be getting myself a job with little to zero experience in the field, my question I want to ask and I'm looking into is, at 30 and me paying for the training myself would any company or an independent self employed take me on for minimum wage while I train or after I've trained for say maybe 2 or 3 years so I gain the experience as that is something I would do if that's what it takes, any guidance or ideas are extremely welcome, thanks Steven.
