Looking For A Rehearsal Room To Share With Fellow Musicians

Hi my names Matt and I've recently moved back to Sheffield after 10 years in London. Before I moved I rented band rooms/units for several years in places such as Stag Works, Lion Works, Corporation and a unit in Neepsend (cant remember the name of that one!) 

 

Naively I thought it would be easy to find somewhere I could rent on a monthly basis for cheap compared to London but it seems they have literally all gone. 

 

If anyone knows of a space/fellow musicians or bands that would entertain sharing with a drummer who would only use a couple of nights a week let me know. I would be looking to store my drum kit there as well.  

 

Any help/advice?
