Hey I wonder if any could help, I have 2 problems with the tv, an not sure what I can do to fix the problems 

 

1. Volume - the volume button won’t work iv changed the batteries, tried to mess around with settings still nothing, all the other buttons work tho? 
 

2. when I try to put the fire stick in the hdmi, the fire stick, does not stay on, but the fire stick work on other TVs, but iv put it in all the hdmi ports n still does same,

No it’s  sometimes shows on screen but can’t turn it up or down

Are you using the source/input button to get to the right HDMI slot?  It the source button working?

Use the camera on your mobile phone to check if all the remote buttons are working. Point the remote at your camera and you will see the IR LED light up every time you press a button.

Is your Firestick remote paired with the TV ? Does it work on the TV ?
