Any other slanderous remarks you want to make or do quit while you ahead? Or can I have a go?

I was attempting to be humorous...no more...I thought it was quite obvious, sorry you haven't taken it that way.

I thought the whole block which includes La Chambre was going to be demolished for apartments there was talk of redeveloping parts of Attercliffe to clear away derelict buildings for new developments . I think an Attercliffe businessman was putting an plan together for the area. I doubt an swingers club could trade during a pandemic just not a bright idea.

No, he has started a serious thread and it has been pounced on by the innuendo and smut brigade. Maybe someone can actually have a go at answering his query? 🤷‍♂️

From Le Chambre all the way to beginning of Effingham road is due to be demolished and canal side apartments are supposed to be built as there is a canal that runs behind the buildings. It’s been talked about for years but hasn’t come to fruitation yet.

Let's hope that will be erected quickly.

Takes a lot of time to get a big development like that up quickly...
